Return And Refund Policy

RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at estore.clothingsaga@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS:
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refunds: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
EXCEPTIONS:

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
